One of Partsource's members Classic Motors North in Verulam contacted me with a part I needed urgently and I paid the full price PLUS R275 for courier overnight delivery. They did not phone me when the part did not arrive. When I phoned them they first gave me a ficticious tracking no and later 2 tracking mno's for ordinary post. These could not be tracked either and they said that there was a mixup. When I urged them to solve the problem the little lady accused me of having an attitude, and that they will not do anything to help.
I think this is a thieving sceme to make people pay more for a service contracted to.
BEWARE OF CLASSIC MOTORS NORTH VERULAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! at your own perril !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
