I urgently request all future customers to NOT order anything from Elitemobile!!
I ordered a phone in August 2008 but didnt get any confirmation whether the application was approved.
I thought it was declined and left it at that.
In December 2008 I recieved confirmation about a phone and returned to sender when it arrived 3 months later.
Two weeks later they deducted the "cash pay in" amount and I didnt even have the phone. I contacted them and they said it would be available in 20 working days.
Mid Jan I called and thay said it will be credited in 7days. I have been dealing with them ever since and all I got was empty promises.
Its 4 months later and stil no joy.
